Gabrielle Bilotta, MS LPC CAADC

Licensed Professional Counselor

I began working at CM Counsel in 2022. I conduct intake assessments and work with adult clients to individually process symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression utilizing a CBT approach to therapy. I also work with clients who have substance misuse disorder, women processing gender-related challenges and health barriers, and clients with some personality disorder features. I previously worked at the Joseph J. Peters Institute (JJPI) in Philadelphia from 2013-2022, transitioning through roles to eventually become Project Coordinator of Court Services and Evidence-Based Practices.

I have experience working with adults with complex trauma histories and substance use disorders. From 2015-2021, I acted as the liaison for JJPI + Project Dawn Court, one of Philadelphia's former diversionary programs for female sex workers. My interest in working with sex workers and survivors of human trafficking began while studying abroad.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking, micro-managing my tomato garden in the summer, and watching the Eagles show off their Philly grit on Sundays. I am involved with the pole dance / aerials community, love dogs and old-school outlaw country music, and am an expert at good old-fashioned Quizzo games.
