Habiba Mzougui, CRNP PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Habiba Mzougui is a board-certified nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of professional experience.


After completing nursing school at La Salle University in 2007, she started her career as a registered nurse at CATCH serving a dual diagnosis/serious mental illness population in South Philadelphia. She has triage experience through work at Hall Mercer Crisis Center at Pennsylvania Hospital, and inpatient experience with adult and pediatric patients at the Belmont Center. In 2016, she graduated from Drexel University as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. Nr. Mzougui specializes in the care of children, adolescents, and young adults. She is experienced in the treatment of anxiety, depression/other mood disorders, diagnosis and treatment of ADHD up to age 26, behavioral disorders, parenting support, school advocacy, anger management, and CBT/behavior modification. In addition to patient care, Nr. Mzougui precepts nurse practitioner students from a variety of graduate schools and supervises mental health rotations for undergraduate nursing students at Immaculata University.
