Kelly McGuigan, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Great to meet you! I am a licensed professional counselor with more than 11 years of experience working with a variety of clients.  My goal is to help you feel empowered to make positive changes in your life.  It is important to me that you feel heard and not judged.

I utilize an eclectic mix of modalities in my treatment approach that are tailored to your specific set of needs.  I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness stress reduction, EMDR, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I have enjoyed supporting families in the court systems, adjudicated youth,  those struggling with addiction as they navigated  their recovery journey, those who are trying to manage the many obstacles of general life stressors, those struggling with difficult diagnosis such as OCD, bipolar disorder, or ADHD, and those who are seeking support through the difficulties that come with marriage and different communication and parenting styles.

I would be honored to help you identify and stay accountable to your desired goals and walk beside your current therapeutic journey.
