Lilyana Reichenbach, PsyD

Licensed Psychologist

Deciding to make changes in your life can feel overwhelming, but now that you have taken the first step, let me help you achieve the future you envision. In my practice I strive to foster a collaborative relationship in a safe and supportive setting and together we will determine your therapy goals. This enables me to meet people where they are in their process of growth and change in such a way that ideally promotes and sustains positive forward movement toward their goals. Creating such a healing and healthy therapeutic environment, which includes a solid, trusting connection between therapist and client, is one of my strengths.

In combination with my years of education, training, and experience, this approach has shown to be extremely successful for my clients, enabling growth and change to occur. I hope in choosing me as your psychologist you will enjoy my encouraging, collaborative style, which also weaves in humor, while being firmly rooted in solid, evidence-based practices. My educational and work experiences, along with my use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), have allowed me to develop a unique style that not only assists and empowers my clients to make desired changes, but also along the way provides caring and encouraging support fitting their own individual life circumstances.

My areas of specialty include treating mood disorders such as anxiety and depression as well as life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem and stress management.  I have a particular interest in helping parents manage the balance of life between raising children and working as well as individuals in their perimenopausal stage of life.  I work with adolescents (ages 14+) and adults, I am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community, and provide individual and couple’s therapy services.  As a licensed psychologist I value the importance of continuing education, and I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Pennsylvania Psychological Association (PPA).
