Nicole Kretzinger, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
To me, therapy is a gentle pause in a busy world — a safe place to exhale, feel truly heard, and show up exactly as you are.
I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across various levels of care, including individual outpatient therapy and group treatment within partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. My approach is warm and grounded, blending CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and holistic practices. I am deeply client-centered, meeting each individual where they are and honoring their unique pace, needs, and inner strengths. Above all, I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow in ways that feel right for you.
Beyond my work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two young children, taking long scenic walks with a good coffee in hand and thrifting for hidden treasures.
I’m grateful for the honor of walking alongside you and am here to support you with warmth and steadiness every step of the way.
